How The Fogmaster Jr. Works A fog is a suspension of small liquid droplets in the air. Fogmaster Jr. is designed to create a cold fog from tap water mixed with CedarCide "Chemical Free Solutions". Droplet size (VMD) of the fog can be adjusted from small to large. The fogging machine can be used to lightly mist or wet surfaces designated to be insect free. As the fog settles it will deliver small microns of cedar oil onto the treated area. The residue will repel or overcome insects in harms way and create a barrier of re-entry for the treated area without leaving the area oily or staining. Directions On How To Use CedarCide And The Fogging Machine Put four (4) ounces of CedarCide per quart of MSC concentrate in the empty fogging machine reservoir. This is 8 tablespoons or 12 full caps. Fill the rest with tap water. Plug the fogger into a 110 volt extension cord and turn it on. You can adjust the fog to desired wetness with the dial on the front of the fogger. Fog your shrubbery and hard to reach areas first. Works well in lawns, patios, poultry houses, stables, barns, greenhouses, vegetable gardens or warehouses. Provide adequate ventilation when used in living areas. When To Use CedarCide And The Fogging Machine To repel mosquitoes and unwanted flying insects from your yard or animal habitat, initiate fogging immediately prior to occupation of the given area. Open air treatments may require a heavier and frequent fogging. IFR (insect free hours) will be determined by the EFT (elapsed fogging time). Adjust the VMD dial to obtain wet or dry fog results. A complete exodus of flying insect suggest adequate EFT. Nocdown III is a "Chemical Free Solution" used in the control of "West Nile Virus", "Dengue Fever" and "Malaria". It can be applied without an applicators license. The Chemical Free Fogging Machine The Micro-Jet ULV drum mount model 7421 This unique Fogging machine offers precision control of particle size from 7 to 30 VMD (Volumetric Mean Diameter). Smaller VMD droplets allow for shorter application times and severe penetration into extraordinary locations. Small droplets produce a large surface area relative to volume and therefore require less carrier to be used in the delivery of the cedar oil base active ingredient. Full discharge 0 to 10 oz. Per minute with visible fog up to 30 feet and disbursement of up to 200 feet with normal wind drift. Mixing Instructions Mix 1 gallon concentrate to 50 gallons tap water for barrel mounted yard and industrial applications. Set discharge timer to expel adequate fog to encompass desired area of treatment. Set frequency timer for reoccurrence of fogging that will result in cedar residue reaching identical proportions to that of evaporation. Enclosed or roofed areas retain treatment and require less frequent applications. Lengthy and frequent discharges or stronger formulations will enhance performance. Night and heavy air mornings will stimulate insect fogging results. Feed lots and canneries require multiple treatment levels. Dry fog emission requires minimal interval activation.
